Subject: CONCERNING OFF-RECENT INCCIDENT

ATTENTION:

Following the disputed run off elections last November, there seems to be no end in sight to the deepening political crisis in my country. I hope this is well known in recent time to you.

My name is Captain Aka Eric. I am commander of 2nd Infantry Div. of the Forces armées nationales de Côte d’Ivoire (FANCI). I am the one of loyal army to the Incubent President Laurent Gbagbo who faced pressure to concede the power to Mr.Alhassan Ouatara being declared as winner of November election by international observer. I need your assistance which I could not really disclose the details to you now for security reason but I will be brief. I have in possession 17 Million USD being the fund to purchase ammunition for the armed forces under my control….

I will tell you more about this fund and how we can move the fund and how the investment project can be done in your country with your help but I need to be sure of your co-operation before going further in partnership with you…. Do not count this message as a joke ok but if you have any doubt about me, i will appreciate it so much if we can meet at the frontier border which is GHANA, and so that we can discuss and explain things better for each other…. please make sure you have a optimistic mind to this deal. if you are not please do not disclose this to anybody and you delete this message immediately and never talk my name anywhere for my safety.

I have spent all my life to serve my country and I cannot die.

Thanks,
Capt. Aka Eric
